By education I am a mairne biologist. My path started in land conservation, I was interested in variety of topics from birds, mammals to reptiles and plants. Soon after, I have discovered marine life and all the interesting hidden creatures, and realized how quickly we are loosing some of them.

I have worked as a nature conservation supervisior, fishing observer and have participated on different projects related to marine conservation, including fisheries and marine protected areas. I have participated in projects focused on conserving marine habitats and testing methods to improve the state of natural environments.

I was volunteering in different parts of the world, from Brazil, Costarica, to Nepal and Europe.​​

I have Mastered in Conservation biology in my home country Slovenia and Portugal.

During the way, I have learnt the power of sharing experiences and telling stories.​​ We live in a world of technology, but still, authentic stories come from the human spirit.
